Refund and Returns Policy

Sometimes, things go wrong. If there is an issue with your product please email us within 30 days of receiving your item and we will be happy to help.

Please note we do not offer returns but we will offer a partial or full refund depending on the issue. We will need to see an image of the damage etc before any refund is issued. Any refund will be made to your original payment method and receipt of refund may depend on your bank’s own processing time.
